We are looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser with strong experience in balayage, advanced coloring techniques, and overall hair and beauty services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair services including balayage, highlights, color corrections, root melts, toning, and creative coloring.
- Provide hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and finishing services for all hair types.
- Conduct client consultations to assess hair condition, understand client goals, and recommend suitable treatments.
- Deliver hair treatments such as keratin, bonding treatments, and scalp care.
- Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote salon services, products, and retail where appropriate.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Stylist.
- Strong expertise in balayage and advanced coloring techniques.
- Solid knowledge of hair care, color theory, and beauty products.
- Qualification or certification in Hairdressing / Beauty Therapy (preferred).
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
