Nails on the Exe is an award-winning, fully booked BIAB specialist salon in the heart of Exmouth. We’ve built our reputation on exceptional customer service, beautiful natural nails and a supportive, professional team culture. As our salon enters an exciting new chapter, we’re looking for two passionate Nail Technicians to join our growing team. We have both full-time and part-time permanent positions available.

Preferred Qualifications
- BIAB trained (preferred)
- E-file qualified (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (required)
- Minimum one year’s salon experience (preferred)

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional BIAB and natural nail treatments
- Create an outstanding experience for every client
- Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
- Maintain excellent hygiene and salon standards
- Prepare, clean and organise your workstation throughout the day
- Sterilise tools and equipment correctly
- Assist with salon duties including bookings and client enquiries when required
- Recommend suitable aftercare and retail products
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere
