The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nail Technician and Brow Specialist to work in one of London's most prestigious beauty salons with excellent earning potential through our generous commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide luxury manicure and pedicure treatments using premium products
- Perform expert eyebrow threading, shaping, and tinting services
- Deliver professional brow lamination and henna brow treatments
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations for discerning clients
- Execute gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art services
- Achieve individual sales targets and treatment goals
- Upsell retail products and premium treatments to maximize earnings
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Maintain strict salon hygiene and health & safety standards
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate treatment records
- Stay current with beauty industry trends and advanced techniques
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, Nail Technician, or Brow Specialist
- Expert eyebrow threading skills required
- Professional manicure and pedicure experience
- Strong sales skills with retail experience preferred
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Strong knowledge of nail care, gel polish, and nail extensions
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and hygiene practices
- Valid beauty therapy license/certification preferred
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
