Job Description As a Senior OLE Design Engineer at AECOM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, economical, and high-quality projects for a diverse client base, ensuring objectives and requirements are met. You will report to the Team Leader and collaborate across various disciplines to achieve optimal system design approaches for each project, potentially leading a team of engineers and designers. Your responsibilities will include acting as the Contractors Responsible Engineer and Lead Designer for OLE design schemes, overseeing the production of technical designs such as Layout Plans, Cross Sections, Allocations, and Isolation Diagrams. You will ensure all designs adhere to current standards, are constructible, and incorporate Safe by Design principles, while also managing financial and program constraints. Requirements Proven lead designer experience in significant Overhead Line technical design. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in OLEMI and other OLE ranges (e.g., UKMS, Series-1, Series-2, Mk3B, GEFF, Mk1, SICAT, SNCF, UK1).
