Job Description
As a Group Worker at HMP Onley, you will be instrumental in delivering the 'Building Choices' offending behaviour programme. This involves working directly with prisoners in both group and one-to-one settings, providing crucial rehabilitive support as part of a dedicated team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the Ministry of Justice's mission to reduce reoffending rates.
