Job Description
As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare's Fulford Care Home, you will be instrumental in delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care. Your compassion and experience will directly contribute to creating a supportive and comfortable environment where residents feel valued and truly cared for.
Key responsibilities include supporting residents with personal care, upholding their dignity and independence, and safely and accurately administering medication. You will also play a crucial role in contributing to and reviewing care plans, ensuring each resident receives tailored and effective support.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (for those already in the UK) OR eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or actively working towards Level 3).
- Ability to work 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
- A caring, confident team player with proven leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated experience in a care setting.
