Care Outlook is recruiting compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to support vulnerable and older people in their own homes across the Worthing and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing
- Support clients with their daily routines and personal needs
- Build positive and respectful relationships with clients
- Carry out light housekeeping duties
- Monitor clients and maintain accurate care records
- Provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential because the role involves travelling between clients’ homes. No previous care experience is required, as successful starters receive comprehensive training.
