About the Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all bakery operations including:
- Production
- Technical operations
- Food safety & hygiene
- Packing and logistics
You will lead department managers and shape the culture, systems, and performance standards of the bakery.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the senior leadership team to drive operational excellence and long-term growth.
What the Role Involves
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-only position.
You will be visible across the site, understanding operations, supporting teams, and ensuring standards are maintained across all shifts.
You will be responsible for
- Leading site operations and production performance
- Developing and mentoring department managers
