- As a Logistics Coordinator, you will report directly to the
Supply Chain Manager and become part of a well-established warehouse team.
You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods using SAP.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the Procurement team to resolve delivery issues, shortages, or damaged items.
- Ensure the safe storage and handling of materials, including hazardous products.
- Operate a forklift truck to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of materials and proper documentation.
- Issue stock accurately while maintaining inventory records.
- Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have
- A valid
Forklift Truck (FLT) licence .
- Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills, with experience using ERP systems such as
SAP being an advantage.
