- Have access to their own vehicle.
- Already live in or around Lincolnshire with their own accommodation.
- Be able to travel to care visits within Market Rasen, Wragby, and nearby areas.
About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely and independently in their own homes while making a real difference to their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and medication.
- Helping with light housekeeping and shopping.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Promoting independence while delivering person-centred care.
Requirements
Successful applicants should be:
- Caring, compassionate, and committed to helping others.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.

- In possession of a full driving licence and their own vehicle.
