Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support with daily activities such as dressing, eating, washing and mobility.
- Deliver trauma-informed care and help individuals manage emotional distress.
- Support people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
- Promote independence, autonomy and dignity.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and individual care plans.
- Encourage community participation and meaningful activities.
- Participate in care reviews and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and other support services.
