Key Responsibilities
As a Care Professional, you will support clients in their own homes and help them maintain their independence, comfort and wellbeing.
Duties include
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
- Supporting clients with medication and mobility.
- Preparing drinks, snacks and light meals.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Recording care notes after visits.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities.
- Helping clients feel safe, comfortable and supported at home.
- Candidate Requirements
Essential
- At least
2 years of relevant care experience .
- Valid
Category B UK driving licence , as the role involves travelling between clients, including areas with limited public transport.
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
- Good English and IT literacy.
- Reliable and responsible approach to work.
