Job Description
As a Solicitor at Peabody, you will be entrusted with managing your own diverse caseload. This includes the strategic delegation of tasks to a paralegal, ensuring efficient and effective legal service delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing expert legal advice and representation, particularly in relation to Housing Conditions claims. This extensive area encompasses property litigation, general property matters, and intricate land law issues. Furthermore, you will play a crucial supportive role to Senior Solicitors within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a caseload in property litigation, housing conditions claims, or similar areas.
- Strong understanding of property law, land law, and housing regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and supervise paralegal support.
