About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support with daily activities.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and bathing.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding where required.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidance.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and safe moving and handling.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Carry out light household tasks, including laundry and maintaining living areas.
