Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Manager for Gafoor, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of food safety and quality within their poultry manufacturing operations. This is a single-site role where you will take ownership of all quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

You will be responsible for overseeing the quality control team, implementing robust quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility. Your expertise will directly contribute to Gafoor's reputation for supplying top-tier poultry products to leading blue-chip manufacturers nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within the food or poultry manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and BRC Global Standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a quality control team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
