Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will

  • Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy.
  • Deliver high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services.
  • Supervise and support the pharmacy team.
  • Manage staff rotas and branch performance.
  • Ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medicines.
  • Deliver vaccination and immunisation services.
  • Maintain compliance with GPh C standards and company procedures.
  • Drive business growth while providing outstanding patient care.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and the local community.

Requirements

Applicants should have

  • Current

GPh C registration .

  • At least

2 years’ post-registration experience .

  • Experience delivering vaccination services in England.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work confidently within a diverse community pharmacy environment.
