Key Responsibilities
As a Nursing Support Worker, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
- Carrying out delegated clinical observations in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Monitoring patients and promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Supporting patient flow and helping facilitate timely admissions and discharges.
