About the Role
As a Branch Management Trainee, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of branch operations while contributing to the success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, administration, and sales activities.
- Supporting senior managers in supervising staff and maintaining efficient branch operations.
- Participating in structured leadership and management training programmes.
- Assisting in implementing branch strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Organising team meetings, staff training sessions, and community engagement activities.

Candidate Requirements
