Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance & Property Services
  • Coordinate and oversee communal services, including cleaning, general repairs and specialist gardening.
  • Monitor contractors to ensure agreed service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure work is completed to the required standard.
  • Health & Safety
  • Ensure managed properties comply with relevant health and safety requirements.
  • Oversee asbestos management procedures and health and safety inspections.
  • Coordinate fire safety requirements, including fire risk assessments.
  • Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets.
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.

  • Site Inspections
  • Conduct regular property inspections across the South of England and surrounding areas.
