Dynamic People Ltd is recruiting Home Care Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care to clients across West Essex, including Harlow, Epping Forest and surrounding towns.

Founded in 2004, Dynamic People Ltd is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider and a member of the Homecare Association. The organisation is committed to helping clients live as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity, privacy and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, your duties may include:

• Helping clients with dressing, undressing and preparing for outings or day care.
• Supporting clients with bathing, showering, shaving, grooming and oral hygiene.
• Assisting with hair care and fingernail care.
• Supporting personal hygiene and toileting.
• Providing continence care.
• Assisting with pressure sore care under appropriate nursing supervision.
• Helping clients move safely in and out of bed.
• Supporting the use of daily living and rehabilitation aids.
• Assisting with rehabilitation programmes as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Providing day, evening or night sitting services where required.
• Supporting clients with prescribed medication.
• Preparing snacks and meals according to clients’ preferences.
• Assisting with feeding when required.

Requirements

Experience: Not essential, but preferred.
