Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, your duties will include:

- Communicating regularly with parents and carers about children’s progress and development.

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive nursery environment.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

Requirements and Experience
Applicants should have:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- EYFS Level 3 qualification or an equivalent early-years qualification.
- A current DBS on the Update Service is required.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient and professional approach when working with children.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Leadership skills and the ability to supervise or support a small team.
