Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare healthy meals in line with clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication management and ensure prescribed routines are followed.
- Support clients with limited mobility and safe movement.
- Use appropriate behaviour-management strategies where required.
- Organise and support social activities and outings to encourage participation and interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Salary
Up to £26,000 per year
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of care work experience - essential.
- GCSE or equivalent - essential.
- UK Driving Licence - essential.
- Access to a vehicle is essential for the role.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service is preferred.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK unless they are eligible for sponsorship.
- DBS checks will be completed before any shifts are undertaken.
Mandatory Training
