Domiciliary Care Worker - UK Visa Sponsorship Available
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients with their daily needs, promote independence, and improve their quality of life.
Visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route may be considered for eligible applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
- Prepare healthy meals based on clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication management and follow prescribed care plans.
- Support clients with limited mobility and safe movement.
- Apply appropriate behaviour management strategies where required.
- Encourage clients to participate in social activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Previous care work experience of at least 1 year.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service is preferred.
- Current mandatory training, including Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding Adults and Safeguarding Children.
Salary
Up to £26,000 per year.
