Care Worker – Domiciliary Care
Care Outlook is recruiting caring and compassionate Care Workers to join its team and support vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes across Banbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, your duties may include:
- Providing personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing
- Supporting clients with their daily routines
- Carrying out light housekeeping duties
- Observing, monitoring and recording clients’ wellbeing
- Providing compassionate companionship and support
- Helping clients maintain their independence in their own homes
Pay Rates
Weekdays: £14.39 per 1-hour visit
Weekends: £16.00 per 1-hour visit

Requirements
Applicants should be:
- Caring, trustworthy, patient and compassionate
- Committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Flexible and comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Willing to work a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are required.
Previous care experience is not essential, as full training is provided.
Working Hours
Available shifts include:
7:00am – 3:00pm
2:00pm – 10:0pm
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Applicants must be able to work a combination of mornings, evenings and alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
Visa Sponsorship
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship may be available in certain circumstances, subject to the employer’s requirements and eligibility.
