Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Care Outlook is recruiting caring and dependable Care Workers to join its domiciliary care team in Banbury and surrounding areas.

This role involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing compassionate care and support that helps vulnerable and older people maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Worker, you will:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing.
  • Support clients with their daily routines and individual needs.
  • Carry out light household tasks where required.
  • Observe, monitor and accurately record clients’ wellbeing.
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with clients.
  • Deliver care in line with required health, safety and quality standards.

Pay & Benefits

  • Monday–Friday: £14.39 per 1-hour visit
  • Weekends: £16.00 per 1-hour visit
  • 40p per mile mileage allowance
  • £300 referral bonus
  • Additional bank holiday rates
  • Company-issued mobile phone
  • 28 days’ paid annual leave pro rata
  • Bi-weekly payroll
  • Care Certificate training and continuing professional development
  • Full training and ongoing support

Working Hours

Available shifts include:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexibility required to work a combination of mornings, evenings and alternate Saturdays/Sundays.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes are required for this position.
