We are supporting our client to recruit a Temporary Worker to join the Support Services Team as an Administrator and Customer Service Assistant working the times below.

  • 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, shift time 8.45am–5.15pm with a half‑hour lunch (£12.21 per hour, 3‑month cover with potential extension)
  • Based on site; no hybrid working.

Key Skills and Daily Tasks

  • Basic admin experience and IT literacy (Excel/Google Suite preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience, ability to handle queries professionally in telephone and written communication
  • Processing bookings and taking card payments for services
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Basic office tasks including scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc duties

This is a basic overview of what you will be doing, with lots of training provided.
