We are supporting our client to recruit a Temporary Worker to join the Support Services Team as an Administrator and Customer Service Assistant working the times below.
- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, shift time 8.45am–5.15pm with a half‑hour lunch (£12.21 per hour, 3‑month cover with potential extension)
- Based on site; no hybrid working.
Key Skills and Daily Tasks
- Basic admin experience and IT literacy (Excel/Google Suite preferred)
- Previous customer service experience, ability to handle queries professionally in telephone and written communication
- Processing bookings and taking card payments for services
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Basic office tasks including scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc duties
This is a basic overview of what you will be doing, with lots of training provided.
