We Are Supporting Our Client To Recruit a Temporary Worker To Join The Support Services Team As An Administrator And Customer Service Assistant Working The Times Below
40 hours a week Monday to Friday, shift time 8.45am- 5.15pm with a half hour lunch Β£12.21 per hour β 3 months cover with the likely hood it could be extended
Based on site with No Hybrid working.
Key Skills Desired/basic Daily Tasks
Basic admin experience and IT Literate, with excel/google suite experience preferred
Previous Customer Service experience with the ability to handle queries in an excellent, professional manner both in telephone and written communication
Processing bookings and taking card payments for services
Raising invoices and purchase orders
Basic office related tasks including scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc duties
This is a basic overview of what you will be doing with lots of training provided.
