We are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver to work day shifts for our client based in the Hemel Hempstead area on an ongoing and potential Temp - Perm basis. A perfect role for HGV Class 2 drivers who want full-time work with a prestigious company, who offers great benefits for their full-time drivers.
Responsibilities
- Unloading the vehicle where required (heavy lifting involved).
- Complete vehicle checks.
- Be flexible and able to complete runs safely.
- Confident and professional in a customer-facing role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months HGV driving (Cat C) recent experience.
- British Driving Licence, Full CPC and DIGI tachograph.
- No more than 6 points (No DR, DD or IN).
- Must have the correct PPE - HI Vis and Safety Boots.
- Manual handling awareness due to bulky lifting in this role.
- Being flexible and able to complete runs safely.
Pay, Pattern & Location
- Pay Rate: £17.00 (PAYE) £19.00 (Umbrella)
- 8 hours minimum pay guaranteed
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
- Free parking available on-site
- Location: Hemel Hempstead
