The role involves contributing to the delivery of the Humber \’Personality Disorder\’ training programme, aimed at enhancing professionals\’ understanding and skills in working with individuals with complex emotional needs. Main Duties Support and supervise other experts by experience and professionals involved in the training. Prepare and deliver training content using multimedia resources. Respond empathetically and flexibly to participants\’ issues. Participate in the ongoing development of the training provision. Person Specification Qualifications & Knowledge Extensive lived experience in a relevant clinical area. Completion of KUF/Humber Personality Disorder training. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Understanding of equality and diversity principles. Experience Lived experience of recovery from distress related to personality disorder or complex emotional needs. Experience of public speaking (desirable). Additional Information This role requires attendance at a Trust site at least one day per week and the ability to commute within the Trust area.
