Regional Business Management Lead, manage, and coordinate all Life and Healthcare (LHC) business activities across Southeast Asia and India. Work closely with regional sales teams to support customer engagements, pricing strategies, product positioning, and opportunity pipeline development. Ensure strong alignment with HQ, external and internal stakeholders to drive consistent market execution.
Product Development & Co‑Development Drive and oversee new product development and co‑development initiatives for LHC product categories. Translate customer needs and market insights into clear technical requirements for product development.
Market & Product Intelligence Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitive analysis, customer requirements, and regulatory updates. Monitor product performance, assess trends, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management. Propose strategies for product improvements, new applications, and portfolio expansion.
Marketing & Promotional Activities Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and accelerate market penetration. Develop product presentations, marketing materials, and technical content for internal and external use. Represent the company at exhibitions, industry conferences, seminars, and customer workshops to strengthen brand and product positioning.
Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement Maintain strong and proactive relationships with business partners and suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate communication of product information, forecasts, technical updates, and strategic priorities. Act as the key liaison between suppliers and internal teams for alignment on product development, quality matters, and business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Proficiency in business level Japanese is a must.
- At least 20–25 years of relevant working experience in product management and business development.
- Strong knowledge of Life and Healthcare products will have distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment and be a team player.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas for work purposes occasionally.
