Job Description

Must have Skills: Sales cloud, Salesforce Functional Consultant, Salesforce certification, Scrum.

Responsibilities:

  • We are building a B2B CRM on Salesforce which requires us to connect and manage different business models and stakeholders as we scale up the team at a rapid pace.
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand the business context and contribute to developing/customizing a relevant and scalable solution and support with implementation.
  • Understand and validate stakeholders' needs, achieve consent and compromises where necessary, and consult them for decision-making while communicating effectively and raising your perspective and critical issues constructively discussing them.
  • Understand business needs and complex problem statements and make proposals to translate them into meaningful solutions, contributing actively to the solution design and implementation.
  • Identify improvements in operations to existing solutions and show interest in innovations considering state-of-the-art market solutions and trends.
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed within the defined time frame and communicate timely, providing clear reasons if deadlines can’t be met, result-oriented thinking, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to exchange knowledge.
  • Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (marketing and sales) and process mapping skills.
  • Proven background as a Salesforce consultant managing E2E Sales and Onboarding journeys including integration with contract generation tools (Docusign/Adobe) and CLM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce with a track record of leading and delivering declarative solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and close collaboration with Salesforce developers to design data-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder).
