Nagarro is a global digital engineering company with over 18,000 people across 37 countries. In the UK, we're building something different: a high-autonomy practice that combines Nagarro's global scale with the pace and ownership culture of a founder-led business. Our UK operation grew from the acquisition of FWD View in October 2024, and we're now scaling across enterprise AI adoption, cloud transformation, and data engineering, primarily in financial services, PE-backed businesses, and large-scale enterprises.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale technology separation and infrastructure transition programme. These roles will focus on the decoupling and migration of infrastructure environments, alongside the structured exit of transitional service arrangements, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption. This is a critical role within a high-profile programme, requiring strong delivery capability, stakeholder management, and experience of complex infrastructure and service transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, delivery, and governance of workstreams focused on infrastructure separation and service transition
- Manage end-to-end migration of infrastructure services, applications, and data across cloud environments
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and transition roadmaps
- Coordinate across technical teams, cloud architects, infrastructure functions, and third-party vendors
- Manage the wind-down of transitional services, including service tracking, exit planning, and continuity management
- Establish governance forums, provide reporting, and support senior stakeholder decision-making
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment to programme timelines, budget, and any applicable compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices
- 9–12 years IT Project Management experience in large, complex programmes
- Experience delivering technology separation, migration, or large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background in infrastructure and/or cloud migration projects
- Experience managing environment separation, platform migration, or large-scale service transitions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior-level exposure
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and delivery methodologies
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced programmes
- Experience working on large transformation or separation programmes
- Exposure to cloud migration or multi-environment architectures
- Familiarity with service transition practices (e.g. ITIL)
- Awareness of DevOps or cloud-native delivery models
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and business teams
- Proactive problem solver with a delivery-focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
