NAFEMS is seeking an experienced and self‑motivated marketer to join our team. You’ll be competent in many aspects of the marketing function, but your focus will be on managing and using the marketing tech stack, implementing funnels and lead‑scoring frameworks to generate leads for the sales team, working with our CRM (Salesforce) on building dashboards and flows, and acting as the bridge between our technology partners & consultants and the main marketing team.
You’ll be an experienced marketer, able to visualise, pitch, and implement new ideas and frameworks, own our marketing funnels and lead‑generation processes, and work effectively as part of the general marketing team. This is a role for someone who can truly demonstrate ROI. You're a "do‑er" – the type of person who takes a brief and runs with it, and isn't phased by pulling together full‑scale campaigns from a one‑line brief.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be part of a small, agile team and be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement with an internationally spread non‑profit organisation.
What are you like?
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with superb attention to detail
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with successful lead generation campaigns and funnel construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work independently and maintain focus
- Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics), email autoresponders (Campaign Monitor), social media software (Hootsuite), CRM (Salesforce) is essential
- A natural communicator who can explain complex data in an effective manner
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role preferred
