Nadson Consulting are currently supporting a Principal contractor on a £100m new build scheme, now entering the fit-out and internals phase, and are looking to appoint a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor on a long-term basis.
Key details:
- 12 months’ work (depending on performance)
- 5 days per week on site
- Weekly payments (Limited Company)
- Major live project with an established commercial team
Scope of role:
- Package and subcontractor management
- Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Final accounts support
- No procurement required
