Role: Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor
Location: Central London
£60,000 - £70,000 (Depending on experience) + Travel, Bonus (up to 20%), Healthcare & Package
We are partnered with a busy MEP subcontractor that has multiple Mechanical Site Manager requirements across commercial CAT B fit-out and residential projects in Central London. This subcontractor is renowned for progression, offering a clear pathway into leadership / directorship positions.
Experienced Mechanical Site Managers or Supervisors are encouraged to apply, as well as candidates looking to step up into Site Management.
Projects range from steady-paced residential remedial works through to fast-paced commercial office fit-outs. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, to programme and to a high quality standard.
- Managing and supervising mechanical operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinating mechanical installations
- Interface works with other trades and specialist contractors
- Ownership of Quality Assurance, inspections, snagging and close-out
- Liaising closely with Project Management, design teams and client representatives
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities where required
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade background (Site Manager or step-up candidate)
- City & Guilds mechanical qualification
- Strong understanding of mechanical compliance & QA
- Exposure to CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-outs or residential projects
- Familiarity with digital site systems (e.g. online inductions, QA apps, workforce platforms)
