Role: Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor

Location: Central London

£60,000 - £70,000 (Depending on experience) + Travel, Bonus (up to 20%), Healthcare & Package

We are partnered with a busy MEP subcontractor that has multiple Mechanical Site Manager requirements across commercial CAT B fit-out and residential projects in Central London. This subcontractor is renowned for progression, offering a clear pathway into leadership / directorship positions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising mechanical operatives and subcontractors
  • Coordinating mechanical installations
  • Interface works with other trades and specialist contractors
  • Ownership of Quality Assurance, inspections, snagging and close-out
  • Liaising closely with Project Management, design teams and client representatives
  • Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities where required

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade background (Site Manager or step-up candidate)
  • City & Guilds mechanical qualification
  • Strong understanding of mechanical compliance & QA
  • Exposure to CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-outs or residential projects
  • Familiarity with digital site systems (e.g. online inductions, QA apps, workforce platforms)
