The Opportunity

Are you about to graduate, or have you recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline? This is an opportunity to kick-start your career with one of the UK's leading principal contractors, delivering some of London's most prestigious and technically challenging projects.

Rather than being another number on a graduate scheme, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Directors on landmark developments (over £100m projects), gaining exposure to live schemes from day one and learning from some of the industry's most experienced professionals. If you're ambitious, eager to learn and want to build a long-term career within construction management, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be involved in:

  • Supporting Project Managers on major construction projects across London.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
  • Assisting with programme management and project reporting.
  • Working closely with commercial, design and construction teams.
  • Learning every aspect of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Building the foundations for a long-term management career within a leading main contractor.

What we're looking for:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a similar construction-related subject.
  • Passion for the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) is advantageous.

Why apply?

  • Join a highly respected principal contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £800 million.
  • Work on some of London's most recognisable residential, mixed-use and commercial developments.
  • Learn from industry-leading Project Directors and Construction Managers.
  • Clear progression pathway into Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and beyond.
  • Excellent mentoring, training and long-term career prospects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves within one of the UK's leading construction businesses and build a career delivering projects that shape London's skyline.
