Freelance Document Controller 10 - 12 Month contract subject to performance Circa £250+ per day Ltd company OR Umbrella London based, 5 days per week.
I’m currently supporting a contractor delivering a £100m new build scheme near the City of London, and we’re looking to recruit an experienced freelance Document Controller on a long-term basis. This is a hands-on site-based role on a major live project, offering stability and continuity rather than short-term cover.
- Up to £250 per day
- Up to 12 months’ work for the right candidate
- 5 days per week on site
- High-value new build project with an established, well-run site team
- Proven, proficient experience using Autodesk is essential
- Ideally the candidate will be available on a short notice period however they are willing to consider 4 weeks maximum.
The role will suit a Document Controller who is comfortable taking full ownership of information management on a large construction scheme, confident working closely with design teams and subcontractors, and able to hit the ground running from day one. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term freelance position on a flagship project in a prime London location.
