We are currently supporting a well-established regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a Finishing Manager for a 60-bed traditional care home scheme in Crawley, West Sussex. The project is well underway, with the structure complete and the job now moving into first fix MEP, closing up walls and ceilings, and progressing through to internals and finishing works.

Project Overview:

  • 60-bed traditional care home
  • Currently at first fix MEP / internal build stage
  • Progressing into doors, decorating and finishing packages from May
  • Strong team in place, including a capable Site Manager and Project Manager

You will be joining the team at a key stage, taking responsibility for internals, snagging and quality control, ensuring a high standard of finish through to completion.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in internals, finishing and snagging
  • Is detail-oriented and quality-driven
  • Can manage subcontractors effectively through final stages
  • Is comfortable working within an established site team
