This role is ideal for a qualified Architect currently working in practice who wants to transition into a main contractor environment.

Role overview
Reporting to a Head of Design, you will support the design function across complex Bristol projects, including:
- Managing design information from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Coordinating architects, structural and MEP consultants
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Supporting design programmes and consultant deliverables
- Attending design team and site meetings
- Assisting with construction-phase design management
- Ideal background
- Qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA or equivalent)
- Degree-qualified in Architecture
- Experience within a UK architectural practice
- RIBA Stage 4-5 Experience (Desired)
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- GW2 Experience (Desired)
- Keen to move into a Principal Contractor environment
- (Previous contractor experience is not required)
