This is a key role in the continued growth of NADINE MERABI as an aspirational global fashion brand. As Midweight Graphic Designer, you will support the creative development and execution of graphic design across the business, working closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Graphic Designer to bring the brand vision to life across all touchpoints.
You will be responsible for delivering elevated, on-brand creative assets across digital and print platforms, helping to ensure all visuals are aligned, commercially effective, and executed to a luxury standard.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITYResponsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of graphic design across all brand channels including organic social, paid media, eCommerce, CRM, website, print, and OOH advertising.
- Working closely with the Head of Creative and wider creative team to maintain and evolve the NADINE MERABI brand identity and visual consistency.
- Designing compelling visual assets that enhance product storytelling and elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with the marketing and Digital teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, trading priorities, and launch timelines.
- Supporting the implementation of design best practices across digital platforms with a focus on user engagement and conversion.
- Optimising creative assets across mobile and desktop formats while maintaining strong attention to detail and usability.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, campaign reports, and creative materials where required.
- Staying up to date with fashion, social, design, and cultural trends to ensure the brand remains visually relevant and aspirational.
- Designing and producing high-quality digital and print assets including website banners, social content, email marketing, paid media assets, lookbooks, packaging, advertisements, and in-store graphics.
- Supporting the creative development of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional moments through strong visual execution and creative input.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all work is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
- Preparing final artwork files for digital and print production.
- Upholding brand guidelines to ensure a strong and consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Contributing ideas during brainstorming and creative development sessions.
- Delivering high-quality creative work within agreed deadlines.
- Upholding attention to detail across all stages of the design process.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong practical design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, and composition across digital and print.
- Previous experience within fashion, luxury, aspirational, or apparel brands, ideally within a DTC or fast-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of digital design, social media content, and current visual trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced creative and marketing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering elevated, high-quality creative work.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently where required.
- Good understanding of designing for different customer touchpoints including social, email, web, and paid media.
- Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling.
