Digital Team | Manchester (Hybrid 4/1) | Reports to E-commerce Manager
ROLE PROFILE
Nadine Merabi is a luxury occasionwear brand loved by customers around the world. We trade through five regional websites (UK, US, EU, France and Germany), our apps and our store, and online is at the heart of how we grow.
As our E-commerce Executive, you will be a key part of the team that keeps all of that running. You will look after the day-to-day health of our Shopify sites, get product and campaign content live accurately and on time, and keep the admin side of a busy e-commerce team organised so that everyone else can move quickly.
This is a hands‑on role and a great next step for someone who already knows their way around Shopify and wants to grow within a luxury brand. Some days will be about launches and trading, others will be about spreadsheets, checks and chasing. We are looking for someone who enjoys both, takes pride in getting the detail right and is happy to pick up whatever helps the team hit its goals.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Shopify and site management
- Building and maintaining product pages across all regional sites, including product data, imagery, pricing, variants, tags and metafields.
- Creating and merchandising collections, keeping navigation, filters and on-site search working well so customers can find what they are looking for.
- Making content updates through the Shopify theme editor, from homepage banners and landing pages to promotional messaging.
- Running regular site checks and QA across devices and markets, spotting broken links, pricing errors, out of stock issues or content that has not landed properly, and fixing or escalating them quickly.
- Setting up and testing discount codes, promotions and gift cards ahead of campaigns.
Launches and trading
- Preparing and scheduling new arrivals, campaign launches and promotional changes so they go live accurately and on time across every market.
- Working with Creative, CRM and Marketing to make sure what goes on site matches what is going out in email, SMS and social.
- Supporting key trading periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale, helping the team move quickly when plans change.
Admin and team support
- Keeping the team's trackers, launch calendars and product data spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
- Logging, chasing and tracking tasks with agencies, developers and app partners until they are resolved.
- Taking notes and owning actions from team meetings, and following up so nothing gets dropped.
- Supporting the E-commerce Manager with day-to-day admin, from pulling together information to coordinating with other departments.
- Helping keep our ways of working documented, such as how-to guides and launch checklists, so the team runs consistently.
Performance and insight
- Pulling regular trading and site performance numbers from Shopify and GA4 and flagging anything that looks unusual.
- Sharing ideas, based on what you see in the data and on site, to improve the customer journey and conversion.
What you will be accountable for
- Accuracy of product, pricing and content across all regional sites.
- Launches and site updates going live correctly and on schedule.
- Team trackers, calendars and admin being organised, current and reliable.
- Issues being spotted, logged and followed through to resolution.
- Keeping the E-commerce Manager well informed, with no surprises.
YOUR FIRST SIX MONTHS
- First month: Get to know the brand, the team and our five sites. Learn our Shopify setup, apps and launch process, and start owning product uploads and site checks.
- By month three: Run new arrivals and regular site updates independently. Own the team's trackers and launch calendar, and be the person the team relies on to keep things organised.
- By month six: Play a key part in a major trading period, bring your own ideas for improving the site and the way we work, and start to take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using Shopify (or Shopify Plus) in a day-to-day e-commerce role, including product uploads, collections and content updates.
- Strong attention to detail. You notice when something is not quite right and you fix it.
- Highly organised, able to juggle lots of tasks and deadlines without things slipping.
- Genuinely happy to take on admin. You see it as an important part of keeping a team running well.
- Confident with Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, lookups and keeping large product files tidy.
- Clear, friendly communicator who is comfortable working with lots of different teams and external partners.
- A real interest in fashion, luxury or premium brands and a good eye for how things look on site.
Nice to have
- Experience trading multiple regional sites or using Shopify Markets.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps for search, reviews, loyalty or translations.
- Basic HTML or CSS for tweaking content.
- Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
- Exposure to email or SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Attentive.
WHY JOIN US
- Work on a well-loved luxury brand with a global customer base.
- Get broad exposure across five international sites, apps and our store, and learn from colleagues in CRM, insight, creative and marketing.
