Qualifications

  • Current Florida Registered Nurse license or Compact RN Licensure (subject to Florida state requirements).
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN strongly preferred).
  • BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse, CNC, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Manager in an acute care hospital setting.
  • At least 1 year of current acute care hospital experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
