Qualitative Director, £70-95k, London / hybrid Our client is a creative boutique Insights agency with clients across the globe. They are looking to add an enthusiastic Director to their team. You will: Be a credible client facing ambassador, impressing clients and colleagues alike Be a positive leading force in the team across projects, interactions and responsibilities Facilitate excellent client meetings, focus groups and workshops Run multiple projects and project teams at once successfully – being accountable for the quality and delivery to deadlines as well as meeting (or exceeding) client’s objectives/expectations Demonstrate ability to make intelligent choices in any scenario across a range of project Be an enthusiastic and passionate Director who brings creative thinking to everything that they do Be a team player who is keen to get stuck in, help and support others and work together to produce amazing work for clients Be someone with an appetite to progress but also to help others develop their skills and experience Have solid qual skills gained in an Insights agency / consultancy. Key responsibilities: Managing Global qualitative projects Being a key contact on a number of client accounts Regular moderation of qualitative fieldwork Travel to face-to-face fieldwork around the UK and Internationally when necessary, based on client needs New business, including writing proposals, attending pitches and new client meetings Creation of debriefs and outputs for clients You MUST have the right to work in the UK and be able to work from their central London office twice a week
