Role Purpose
Build our C-Suite business, through ensuring a great product, account management, and partnerships.

Grow the total membership, ensure a great member experience, and high partner renewal rates within our brand and vibrant partnership ecosystems.
The C-Suite Director is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the strategy for up and cross-selling our products and services to existing members with the C-Suite Managers team.
- Ensuring a competitively superior network offering for members that delivers a high renewal rate across all networks.
- Developing the strategy and roadmap for new partnerships, maximizing existing partner enablement strategies, and managing the sales and account management aspects of partners.

Key Partnership Responsibilities
- Regularly auditing our partnership portfolio, identifying opportunities and maintaining healthy ecosystems around each network, using our ecosystem framework approach.
- Building a pipeline of potential partnerships and initiating contact and negotiations with decision makers within those companies.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering against partnership growth targets, reporting on partner performance on a regular basis to all relevant stakeholders.
- Developing, leading, and owning the overall partner strategy in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer.
- Cultivating executive relationships with partners, optimizing their performance and identifying additional business opportunities to expand revenues.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for all partnership enquiries by demonstrating a deep understanding of partners’ business drivers, challenges, and offering solutions that drive mutual positive business outcomes.
Key Membership Responsibilities
- Regularly auditing our membership engagement, identifying risks and opportunities, and maintaining healthy membership relationships.
- Ensuring the Member Engagement Plans are happening and delivering value, linked to the company’s data strategy through working with the Finance and Data Director.
- Ensuring the C-Suite Managers have good knowledge of our other services and the ability to upsell them.
- Driving the upsell and cross-sell activity, achieving and surpassing the related budgets and targets, and reporting on performance against the plan.
- Building and managing a high-performance account management team, ensuring the client experience has ‘moments of truth’ and is rated above the agreed NPS.
- Appointing and developing an account lead who can drive and support all the activities under the membership responsibilities.
Key Programme Responsibilities
- Regularly auditing our events programme, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring a well-planned and managed programme.
- Ensuring the events programme has ‘wow’ factor, remains innovative and impactful, and continues to draw in and satisfy the most demanding of members.
- Ensuring the programme team has excellent knowledge of our networks and membership issues.
- Ensuring the events programme has ‘lightbulb moments’, is inclusive for all networks and members, and is rated above the agreed NPS.
- Managing the Programme Director and their team to be a high-performance team.
