As part of the Consultant team, you help to build the further growth of MY CLIENT Insights in all markets. Managing existing clients, finding, and retaining new clients by being their trusted advisor are your primary tasks. As a Client Consultant, you are very commercially driven, and your knowledge and expertise in research and marketing are outstanding. You easily translate client questions into a research project, and you use the results of this research to give advice and inspire our clients. It goes without saying that you keep up with the latest developments in the field. You work according to our data and security policies, both on- and offline.

ACTIVITIES & DELIVERABLES

  • You create a business development- and account plan based on your named list.
  • You realise the goals and targets set for sales and clients.
  • Create winning proposals which reflect the question of the client and can advise the client on the topic.
  • This is reflected in a win ratio that is at least the average win ratio of the team.
  • Creating winning proposals according to MY CLIENT style.
  • You find a balance between adding client-specific solutions and our standard solutions.
  • Therefore, you know our portfolio and are capable to pitch each solution.
  • You follow the MY CLIENT way of working for each internal and external project: using and keeping AFAS up to date, adding value to kick-off meetings and reporting discussions.
  • You manage your named list by the content strategy, having BG interviews, sharing/giving content and if possible, creating content from projects, cases or together with the client.
  • Your presentations and workshop lead to high satisfaction from the client by outstanding layout, clarity, structure of the story and recommendations.
  • You act like an expert, buddy, and coach to the rest of the company, creating content, giving case studies and inspiration sessions, and helping Research Experts in their development (not by doing the job, but by coaching).
