Working Hours: 5 days per week

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and communications, support strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted partner to the C-suite.
- Document & Information Management:
- Draft, edit and format reports, proposals if required.
- Liaise with legal counsel to format and standardise document templates.
- Maintain filing systems, databases and CRM platforms.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and transfers.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent platforms. Experience managing expenses, budgets or basic bookkeeping processes. Skilled in travel coordination, diary management and meeting organisation. Strong technical proficiency with office software and scheduling systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to provide support outside standard office hours if required.
