About Us

At NADclinic, we are proud to be an innovative, forward-thinking and truly transformational company that gives our clients the opportunity to be their best self.

With a team of medical professionals specialising in nutrition, neurology and complementary therapies, we aim to improve psychological and physical health and performance.

We do this through harnessing the unique power of essential and life-changing NAD+, a molecule that helps our cells produce energy and which can mitigate the debilitating effects of ageing, illness and chronic conditions.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical role that owns and evolves the systems that run the business.

Our Odoo ERP is at the core, but the role goes well beyond administration.

We are looking for a builder who can connect our tools, automate manual work, improve data quality and reporting, and remove operational friction across the company as we scale across multiple entities and markets.

It is not a pure administration role and not pure software development, it sits between the two, with strong business ownership.

Importantly, this is not a temporary set-up role.

Once the ERP is stable, this person's value grows rather than shrinks, because they move on to automation, integrations, data and the next systems challenges that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, configure and continuously improve our Odoo ERP across inventory, purchasing, sales, manufacturing and other modules, in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
  • Design and build integrations and automations between Odoo and our other systems, such as finance, e-commerce (Shopify), CRM, courier and tracking (DHL, UPS, DPD, 17track, …) and collaboration tools, using APIs and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier or Make.
  • Identify operational frictions and bottlenecks across the business and solve them with systems and automation, cutting manual work and reducing errors.
  • Build reporting, dashboards and data flows so the business has accurate, real-time visibility by department and by geography.
  • Support intercompany and cross-border processes, data integrity, user access, GDPR and audit trails.
  • Use AI and automation to streamline repetitive processes and build practical internal tools.
  • Manage configuration, testing, deployments, upgrades, documentation and change control, and coordinate with external Odoo partners for complex customisations.
  • Partner with operations, finance, sales and warehouse teams to translate business needs into working technical solutions.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Odoo experience: configuration, modules, and ideally some customisation.
  • Solid integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems.
  • Automation platforms: n8n, Zapier, Make or similar, with a genuine automation-first mindset.
  • Scripting for data and automation, for example Python, and working SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Data and reporting: building dashboards and maintaining data quality across systems.
  • Comfort across business applications and e-commerce, such as Shopify, finance systems, CRM and courier integrations.
  • A problem-solving mindset, able to spot friction in a process and remove it.
  • Strong communication, able to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Around 3 to 5 or more years in business systems, application engineering, automation or a similar technical role.
  • Preferred
  • Experience scaling systems in a fast-growing, multi-entity or multi-market business.
  • Experience with AI tooling for process automation.
  • Web and data operations background.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated environment exposure.
  • Understanding of IT security, user access management and data privacy.

Benefits

In addition to working within an exceptionally driven team and contributing to our client experience, we offer a number of excellent benefits to reward you for your hard work.

  • Competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
  • 20 days holiday, in addition to Bank Holidays.
  • Contributory Pension Scheme.
  • Employee Assistance Programme Service.
  • Dental schemes.
  • Friends and Family Discount on NAD supplements
