About Us

At NADclinic, we are proud to be an innovative, forward-thinking and truly transformational company that gives our clients the opportunity to be their best self. With a team of medical professionals specialising in nutrition, neurology and complementary therapies, we aim to improve psychological and physical health and performance. We do this through harnessing the unique power of essential and life-changing NAD+, a molecule that helps our cells produce energy and which can mitigate the debilitating effects of ageing, illness and chronic conditions.

Role Overview

We are expanding on several fronts at the same time: new partnerships with clinics, practitioners, hotels, private members' clubs and retailers; new retail formats including kiosks and experience centres; entries into new markets; new product launches; and significant internal programmes such as our ERP and training platform rollouts.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivering these initiatives from beginning to end. You will define scope, build the plan, bring the right people together, hold the timeline, manage the budget, and see each project through to launch and handover.

This is a hands-on role at the centre of a fast-growing, multi-site and cross-border business. You will work across commercial, medical, operations, marketing, finance and technology teams, and with external partners, as we scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and delivery
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, from scoping and business case through planning, execution, launch and handover.
  • Define scope, deliverables, milestones, resources and budgets, and keep plans current as priorities change.
  • Run several projects simultaneously, prioritising against business objectives and escalating risks and dependencies early.
  • Hold owners to their commitments and keep delivery moving without needing to be chased.
  • Launches and new ventures
  • Lead the delivery of new partnerships, new retail formats, new market entries and new product launches.
  • Coordinate every workstream a launch requires, including commercial terms, marketing, medical and regulatory input, systems set-up, training and operational readiness.
  • Agree the definition of launch readiness for each project, and confirm it is met before go-live.
  • Stakeholder and partner management
  • Coordinate across commercial, medical, operations, marketing, finance and technology teams, and keep senior management informed of progress.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Act as the single point of truth on the status of every project you own.
  • Governance, risk and reporting
  • Identify, log and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and change requests, and agree mitigations with the relevant owners.
  • Produce clear and consistent reporting on progress, budget, risks and outcomes against agreed measures of success.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout.
  • Ways of working and continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain a consistent approach to how projects are run across the group: templates, stage gates, reporting and handover.
  • Review delivered projects honestly and feed the lessons into the next ones.

Experience and Skills

  • Five or more years of project management experience, including the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver on time and on budget while managing several projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, multi-site and cross-border business.
  • Confident communicator, equally comfortable with executives, clinicians, suppliers and external partners.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to make progress where scope is not yet fully defined.
  • Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to planning, tracking and follow-up.
  • Project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an Agile certification.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, wellness, retail or consumer products.
  • Experience delivering ERP or systems implementations, ideally Odoo.
  • Experience of launching into new international markets.

In addition to working within an exceptionally driven team and contributing to our client experience, we offer a number of excellent benefits to reward you for your hard work.

  • Competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
  • 20 days' holiday, in addition to Bank Holidays.
  • Contributory Pension Scheme.
  • Employee Assistance Programme Service.
  • Friends and Family Discount on NAD supplements
