Job Description:
This role will sit within Nadara’s Growth department, providing market leading expertise in the following areas:
Growth
Origination of greenfield development projects, securing exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar and energy storage sites.
Negotiating viable and cost-effective land deals that allow existing portfolio projects reach their full potential by life extension, repower or wind farm extension, as well as co-location of solar and battery.
Building strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure all stakeholders have an understanding of project progress and agreement terms.
Providing expertise on land and property law in relation to renewable projects.
Commercial understanding of business needs with regards to land agreements and viability of renewable projects.
Familiarity with and able to understand farming and forestry economics and regulations.
Property Management
Providing advice to the wider business, including the legal and asset management teams regarding land agreements, 3rd party access, crossing and other interface agreements on existing renewable energy sites.
Working with the Finance Team to process rent reviews and landowner
